Pharmacy and medical pickups in Nairobi
From KES 500per errand
When someone in the family is unwell, the last thing you want is a queue on the other side of town. A runner collects a prescription that is already prepared, the supplies the pharmacy has set aside, or lab results you have authorised for release, and brings them to the door.
This is a collection service, not a medical one. We do not choose medicines, advise on them or substitute them — the pharmacy or lab does that. The runner collects what has been prepared for you and delivers it.
What people use it for
- A prescription the pharmacy has already filled and set aside
- Repeat medication for a parent or relative across Nairobi
- Lab or imaging results you have authorised the lab to release
- Medical supplies — dressings, mobility aids, monitoring kit
- Households where getting to the pharmacy is the hard part
What is included
- A runner told exactly which pharmacy, lab or counter to go to
- Your authorisation details and any reference number passed on
- Documents and photos attached to the errand so nothing is repeated over the phone
- Delivery to the address you name, with an SMS when it is handed over
What this errand costs
Where an errand touches two priced areas, the surcharge is the higher of the two — not both added together. The full price is on the screen before you confirm. See full pricing.
Where we run it
Nairobi CBD, Gikomba, Kamukunji, Eastleigh and 21 other Nairobi areas have a set price for this errand. Anywhere else in the city is still possible — pick a custom location when you post and admin quotes the job before a runner is sent. See every area we cover.
Questions about this errand
Can a runner get a prescription filled for me?
A runner collects what the pharmacy has already prepared. Anything that needs a pharmacist's judgement, a prescription to be written, or a controlled item released stays between you and the pharmacy.
Will the lab release my results to a runner?
Only if you have authorised it with them first. Arrange the authorisation, put the reference in the errand instructions, and the runner presents it at the counter.
Is my medical information kept private?
The runner sees only what is needed to make the collection — the counter, the reference and the address. Nothing more is shared with them.
