Errand services we run in Nairobi
Each errand is priced for the work it takes, not the distance alone. The price you see is for the running; anything the runner buys on your behalf is settled separately.
Not sure which one to pick?
The dividing line is usually who knows the shop. If the item is bought and just needs moving, that is pick up and deliver. If you can name the shop but the runner has to pay, that is buy from a known shop. If nobody knows where to get it yet, that is find and buy.
Anything that is really about someone's time — a queue with no end in sight, a morning waiting for a delivery, six stops in one afternoon — is hire a runner.
An errand with more than one stop adds a multi-stop fee of KES 150 to whichever service you choose.
Ready to hand over the running around?
Create an account with your phone number and a PIN, post the errand, and a runner picks it up from there.
